Grown in the misty mountains of southern Japan, this sencha offers a round profile with satisfying depth.
Perfect for both Japanese tea beginners and connoisseurs, the leaves come from the Harashima family’s mountain gardens in Yabe village, Fukuoka. “Yamagiri” literally means “mountain mist,” reflecting the serene, mist-shrouded environment where the tea is grown.
After picking, the family expertly blends leaves from Yabukita, Saemidori, Okumidori, and Okuyutaka cultivars to create a balanced, fresh sencha with crisp, nutty notes. Ideal as a daily green tea, it elevates any moment, whether you’re working or relaxing, and also makes a refreshing cold brew.
