Refund policy

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days of purchase without giving any reason. This right applies to consumers only and does not apply to business customers.

Physical goods: The withdrawal period begins on the day you receive your order. Returned goods must be complete and in their original packaging. If the value of the goods has been diminished due to handling beyond what is necessary to assess their nature and function, you may be liable for that reduction in value. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. We do not accept liability for loss or damage of returned goods in transit.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene where the seal has been removed after delivery. All items marked as SALE are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Workshops and courses: The statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies from the date of purchase. However, the right of withdrawal expires if the workshop or course is scheduled to begin within 14 days of the purchase date. In this case, our cancellation policy applies: cancellations made more than 14 days before the course start date receive a full refund; cancellations within 14 days of the course start date are non-refundable.
