Sri Lanka, famous for its Ceylon teas, produces some of the most popular black teas in the world, including, more recently, some exceptional artisan teas grown at small, specialist gardens. Ceylon black teas, grown in the island’s lush highlands, range from bold and brisk to light and citrusy, depending on the region and altitude. In addition to its renowned black teas, Sri Lanka also offers impressive white teas and interesting herbals, both of which we have tried to showcase in our small selection.
