Shipping information
Packages are sent between Wednesday and Friday.

Standard shipping flat rate
Austria - 6 €
European Union - 15 €

We usually process and dispatch orders within 2 to 3 working days. Saturday is not considered a working day.

All packages are shipped with GLS. Delivery times are approximately 1 to 4 working days within Austria and around 1 week within the rest of the European Union.
You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your package is on its way.
If items are not in stock or if delivery is delayed due to suppliers, production related vacation periods, or similar reasons, delivery may take longer. In such cases we will inform you by email. We currently ship within Austria and the entire European Union.

Pick up is possible – no shipping fee applies.

Pre order online and pick up your ready made bag in our teahouse during opening hours. You will receive an email as soon as your order is ready for pick up.
