Wild Blackberry Leaf Tea

Whole, wild-foraged blackberry leaves were collected in the Imereti mountains in Georgia, and then processed to end up with a surprisingly complex flavour profile. The rolling of these herbal leaves gave way to toasted aromas and a specific taste of banana bread. The tea is at the same time warming and has refreshing hints of citrus. notes. Very interesting to taste a special herbal taste profile but also as a caffeine free replacement for true tea. Especially nice in the evenings to wind down before going to bed.
