rami Masala Chai

rami Masala chai is blended in Vienna to create a traditional chai mix made up of whole spices from the Himalayas and loose leaf black tea from Assam, India. Combine with milk and sugar to create the most comforting winter drink. But don't forget it's also fantastic in summer over ice!

Ingredients: Black tea, cardamom, cloves, ginger, cinnamon, pepper, bay leaf, anise, star anise, mace and nutmeg.

Preparation:
Boil 500ml water with 10g rami masala chai blend and simmer for 5 minutes. Add 250ml of milk of your choice, bring to the boil again and simmer for 3 minutes. Add sugar to taste.
