Water Lilly Baozhong

Baozhong oolongs tend to be greener – only lightly oxidised – unroasted and unrolled, with this tea from a natural tea garden in Pinglin, Taiwan being a very good example. It is light, crisp and fragrant, with significant floral notes and a buttery aroma in the pot. The tea is light, but full-bodied with a long after-taste and is a pleasure to drink. A tea that makes you smile.
