Picked in spring and naturally scented with jasmine blossoms, this Chinese tea balances green vibrancy and floral sweetness.

The leaves for the green tea come from local tea bushes and are picked in early March. They are then stored until the summer when the jasmine flowers begin to bloom. For the natural infusion, the dried green tea is layered with fresh jasmine flowers, allowing the tea to absorb the beautiful scent as the flowers dry. The flowers you see in the tea are added later for decoration, not for flavour.

The infusion has a sparkly, light yellow colour, the aroma is crisp and clean like fresh laundry. There is a delicate balance between the umami, sweetness, freshness, subtle astringency and flowery playfulness of this tea.
