This matcha set includes everything you need to enjoy your matcha at home.
Matcha Hiyori 50g, from Wazuka, Japan: a fine barista blend (suitable for delicate Latte or to enjoy pure)
Chawan: a white ceramic matcha bowl from Tokoname, Japan, ideal to whisk and drink from.
Chashaku: the traditional bamboo spoon for portioning Matcha powder.
Chasen: the traditional whisk for frothy matcha, made from a single piece of bamboo.
Note: Before using your Chasen, soak its tips in warm water for about 10 seconds before whisking, then rinse with warm water after use, and let it dry (ideally on a chasen stand to keep its shape). This way you prevent breaking of delicate prongs, and you will enjoy your chosen for a long time.
