A fragrant herbal infusion from the mountains of Greece - carrying gentle notes of citrus, flowers, and mint.

This organic Greek mountain tea comes from Mount Vourinos, where it is carefully hand-picked and processed by Panagiotis and his wife Vaia.

The story of their tea gardens began in the 1950s, when Panagiotis’ great-grandmother first started cultivating Greek mountain tea at 1000m above sea level. Today, Panagiotis and Vaia continue this family tradition, harvesting in the same natural way, without the use of chemical pesticides or fertilisers.

Greek mountain tea (Sideritis) is naturally caffeine-free and has long been treasured for its soothing qualities. Its name comes from the Greek word for iron, as it was once used to heal battle wounds. Shepherds have also drunk it for centuries, picking the herb wild from the mountainside. Rich in antioxidants, it offers a light, calming cup with citrus brightness, chamomile softness, and a refreshing hint of mint.
