White Clay Tokoname Teapot

Tokoname Kyusu, the traditional side-handled teapot used for pouring tea in Japan. Rounded shape, cream clay.

Built-in clay strainer at the spout eases maintenance and well-balanced handle creates a clear pour during tea drinking.

Made in Tokoname, one of Japan's six oldest kiln towns, fired at 1100°C.
