rami Masala Chai - Spiced Black Tea

rami Masala chai is blended in Vienna to create a traditional North Indian chai mix made up of whole spices from the Himalayas and CTC black tea (produced using the crush-tear-curl method resulting in faster infusion) from Assam, India. Combine with milk and sugar to create the most comforting winter drink. Also fantastic in summer over ice!

Ingredients: Black tea, green cardamom, cloves, ginger, cinnamon, bay leaf.

Preparation:
Boil 500ml water with 10g rami masala chai blend and simmer for 5 minutes. Add 250ml of milk of your choice, bring to the boil again and simmer for 3 minutes. Add sugar to taste.
