Masala Chai - Spiced Black Tea

Our Masala Chai is a traditional Indian mix of spices and CTC black tea (produced using the crush-tear-curl method resulting in faster infusion) from Assam, India. 

Combine with milk and sugar to create the most comforting winter drink. Also fantastic in summer over ice!

Ingredients: CTC black tea, cardamom, cloves, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, star anise, bay leaf. Grown without pesticide use, by small grower farms across India and blended in Assam.

Preparation:
Boil 500ml water with 10g masala chai blend and simmer for 5 minutes. Add  about 250ml of milk of your choice, bring to the boil again and simmer for 3 minutes. Add sugar to taste.
