Made from leaves plucked from heirloom tea bushes which grow on a small plot of land near famous Mount Emei. The liquor has a deep, glowing amber colour; it is thick and velvety, with very smooth tannins but a full mouthfeel.
It tastes like fresh rye bread, malt and rich, dark chocolate, and has a subtle hint of ginseng and liquorice root - playful, fruity nectar balances these deeper taste notes.
This tea holds out over many steepings.
Flavour profile: rye bread, malt, chocolate, ginseng, flower nectar
