In this rami tea session we will focus on a very special category of teas - the oolongs. 

Oolongs are a diverse group, comprising everything semi-oxidised - in between green and black teas. Oolongs also undergo a withering process which makes them the most aromatic of the teas, with deep floral, fruity, honey, baking and other notes. They can be light green and flowery, as dark as a black tea or deep, intense and charcoal roasted, like Chinese rock oolongs. When someone's drinking an oolong at the teahouse, the room fills up with such wonderful aromas that before long we've had to make one for ourselves. 

For us, oolongs are emotional just like aromas are emotional. Taste some of the greats in this tea session and maybe discover your new favourite type of tea! 

Courses take place at the rami tea house, with a maximum of 6 participants.
