Join us for a tasting devoted entirely to Hōjicha, Japan’s beloved roasted tea. We’ll taste several expressions of this distinct tea style and get to know the range of flavours it can offer – from toasty and comforting to gently sweet and aromatic. 

Hōjicha is an ideal companion for winter: cosy, naturally low in caffeine, and wonderfully soothing. But this tea is so versatile that you will not want to miss it in its refreshing cold brewed version when summer comes. Together we will explore different ways of preparing and enjoying Hōjicha.

This tasting is a chance to slow down, engage your senses, and spend time with a small but fascinating corner of the tea world.

Cancellation: Workshops can be cancelled free of charge up to two weeks before the course. After that time a refund is not possible.
