This matcha set includes everything you need to enjoy your matcha at home.
Matcha Wazuka Samidori 20g, from the Azuma Family Farm in Wazuka, Japan: a single-cultivar, stone-milled matcha with notes of sweet cream and hazelnut, smooth and silky in the cup.
Chawan: a white ceramic matcha bowl from Tokoname, Japan, ideal to whisk and drink from.
Chashaku: the traditional bamboo spoon for portioning matcha powder.
Chasen: the traditional whisk for frothy matcha, made from a single piece of bamboo.
Note: Before using your chasen, soak its tips in warm water for about 10 seconds, then rinse with warm water after use and let it dry, ideally on a chasen stand to keep its shape. This protects the delicate prongs from breaking, so you will enjoy your chasen for a long time.
