If possible, we dispatch on the same day, otherwise usually within 2 – 3 working days (Saturday not being a working day). We ship our packages with the GLS. According to GLS packages shipped within Austria take around 1-4 working days and around 1 week to the rest of the European Union. You will receive a confirmation as soon as your package is on its way to you.
In the case of goods not being in stock or delayed delivery dates, e.g. due to delays by suppliers, production-related vacation times, etc. delivery can take longer, in which case we would email you.
