A traditional, comforting spice mix from the Himalaya region.
Ingredients: Black tea, cardamom, cloves, ginger, cinnamon, pepper, bay leaf, anise, star anise, mace and nutmeg.
Preparation:
Boil 500ml water with 10g rami masala chai blend and simmer for 5 minutes. Add 250ml of milk of your choice, bring to the boil again and simmer for 3 minutes. Add sugar to taste.
