Pinglin Baozhong Gui Hua Xiang

Baozhong oolongs tend to be greener – only lightly oxidised – and unroasted, with this tea from a natural tea garden in Da-lin village in Pinglin, Taiwan being a very good example. It is fresh and juicy, with significant osmanthus aroma notes and a subtle, milky flavour. The tea is light, but full-bodied with a long after-taste and is a pleasure to drink.

Flavour profile: fresh, juicy, osmanthus, milky aftertaste
