Milky oolongs have a subtle milk aroma which is not artificially added but is naturally ocurring in the tea plant, specifically in the Jin Xuan cultivar. This is a very pleasant example – a light, fresh oolong from Mr. Chen’s naturally run tea gardens in Ming Jian, Taiwan. The tea has large leaves, a sweet aftertaste and a lovely, playful floral and milky aroma.
