To make this traditional Vietnamese tea, a wild-growing, traditional Thái Nguyên green tea from Tân Cương is packed into closed lotus blossoms collected on the outskirts of Hanoi. This green tea has a sweet, grassy, cốm (pan fried young sticky rice) flavour with a deep, floral aftertaste – a very special version of a type of green tea commonly drunk in this part of Vietnam.
