Earl Grey is a particularly popular aromatised black tea, especially in Europe.
This version is made from single origin leaves, scented with natural bergamot oil from the skins of the bergamia citrus fruit.
The leaves for this tea come from the autumnal harvest at the Guranse organic tea gardens – one of Nepals highest altitude gardens. This gives the tea the typical characteristics of Himalayan mountain tea with their specific spark in flavour. It perfectly compliments chocolate desserts and can be used in baking too.
