Hand-picked Ruby18 AAA

A beautiful example of a Ruby black tea, hand-picked at Mr. Li Ming’s natural tea gardens in Songboling in the Ming Jian area of Taiwan. Ruby teas use a cultivar which is a cross of the original Taiwanese Shan tea plant and an Assamese cultivar – this cross produces a very special black tea, characterised by a clear, ruby-red tea liquor and a distinct menthol aroma. This tea is noble, velvety smooth with fruity undertones and that pleasant, surprising, cool mint aftertaste.
