This tea is made by the Forest Hill Estate, which is part of a Sri Lankan artisan tea collective which focuses on sustainability, transparency, small-scale farming and community well-being. They introduced this tea in 2020: ‘our aim is to develop community and our growers of this beautiful valley[…]. We are developing the biodiversity of the individual growers and making them sustainable income through this tea’.
This black tea is smooth, full and flavourful with the characteristic floral aromas of Śrī Pāda (Adam’s Peak) rainforest teas.
