Aracha is a type of Japanese tea almost never found in Europe. It is the freshest tea that can be found, the first natural Japanes green that we have received from this year’s harvest – with its high residual water content of around 5% it lasts only 4-6 weeks and so is very exclusive and with a very distinct character. Wild, incredibly fresh and lively and, in this case, with a very high grade, the rest of the harvest will go on to be made into an excellent sencha. This tea is highly recommended and available in very limited amounts!
