This is a spring sheng (raw) pu-erh tea from the Nan Ben village in Mengsong. The 300-year-old trees grow wild in a clean, high-mountain environment that was inaccessible until very recently. The tea has a pleasant astringency with a long-lasting sweetness and is clean, fresh, floral and full-bodied. The body-feeling is energising, yet relaxing. The tea has been pressed into a 8g, single portion tea ball.
