2011 Yongde Da You Jiu Wan Sheng Pu-Erh

This Sheng (raw) Pu-Erh brick is a little different and one of our favourites.

The leaves for this tea come from 100-200 year old trees in the Yongde area, made by the Taiwanese company Da You and stored there.

It carries surprisingly floral and fruity notes (yellow fruit), a nice sweetness, and gives off a very lively and long-lasting energy. Lasts for many infusions, energising.

flavour profile: sweet, floral, ripe peaches, fruit, slight minty hints, wood
